50% of our jobs do not require the complexity of computer-aided design (CAD). Most straightforward jobs,including paving and decking are 'Quick Quoted', based on a formula that incorporates the cost of specified materials and the square meterage covered.

For more complex schemes, we design on our bespoke CAD system and output detailed plans and elevations. This will feature any specified lighting schemes or other special requirements.

Under The Sun’s passion is to create ‘sunny environments’ giving your outside room that extra dimension. Once you are satisfied with the final scheme we cost out all the elements and provide two quotations featuring specified surfaces and materials.
